EnS Warhammer 40k RTT (19/09) x1

Welcome to Epics 'N' Stuffs Warhammer 40K RTT.

This is a one day tournament starting early and ending late.

**How do I sign up?**

Buying a ticket (Using the external URL to our website) will secure your place in the line up.

There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd and best painted. Prizes are delivered in Epics ‘N’ Stuffs store credit.

**What to Bring:**

• Your army! Models can be painted or unpainted (However there will be 10VPs awarded for fully painted and based armies, this will be enforced to make for fairness/consistency)

***to qualify as 'painted/based', you must have at least 3 colours on the model relating to a scheme (not just 3 coloured dots) it must also feature a base that is not bare plastic***

• All the equipment you require to play, Mission Deck, Tape Measure, Dice, Rules etc

**Event Itinerary**

• Registration, Arrival and Briefing - 9:00 – 9:15
• Round 1 - 9:30 – 12:30
• Break - 12:30 – 1:30
• Round 2 - 1:30 – 4:30
• Break - 4:30 – 4:45
• Round 3 - 4:45 – 7:45
• Prize Ceremony: 7:50 – 8:00

**Food & Drink**

You can bring your own food however drinks must be purchased from instore.

We are located near Halliwell Jones Stadium, a short walk from Warrington Central train station. Our location is here. There is parking nearby at Winwick Road car park which is £2.50 for the full day. There is also parking in the general area.

Best Coast Pairings will be utilised by the organisers; Name and email address will be required

YOU MUST INPUT YOUR LIST VIA BEST COAST PAIRINGS OR EMAIL YOUR LIST TO - epicsnstuffs@gmail.com AT LEAST 48 PRIOR TO THE EVENT. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN A 10 POINT DEDUCTION FROM YOUR FIRST ROUND.

**RULES**

*Game Setup*

• Board Size: 44" x 60

• Use current Warhammer 40,000 matched play rules

• Use latest FAQs and balance updates

*Tournament Format*

• Each player will play 3 games (there will be a bye for odd player numbers)

• Each game will last up to 180 minutes **The game WILL END at 180 minutes***

*Player Conduct*

• Be respectful to all players

• Resolve rules disputes quickly and fairly

• Call a judge if needed

• Play with clear intent and good sportsmanship
