Shipping Service

We utilise Royal Mail as our main shipping service.

Shipping is calculated based on combined item weight, size and destination.
Add your items to the cart and get the shipping cost at checkout.

Free delivery is available on certain products and when a cart reaches a certain value (depending on destination); The current free postage threshold should be displayed at the top of the homepage.

Items are sent out tracked (unless otherwise stated) and the customer will receive a dispatch notification and tracking number.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 4pm on the same working day (Mon-Fri), otherwise they will be dispatched the following working day.

Shipping Returns (where customer is absent)

If items are returned due to customers being absent at time of delivery. Delivery will be charged again. Any refunds required due to this, we will subtract the original postage costs+labour from the refund.

Deliver Times and Prices

United Kingdom

Delivery is FREE for orders £85 and over, otherwise the cost is displayed at checkout. Prices vary depending on size and weight. Please note that we do not make any profit from shipping prices.

All deliveries to the UK should take 2-3 working days (including Saturdays). Please note that actual time taken is outside of our control. Most orders are sent via 1st/2nd Class Royal Mail; heavier ones may be sent via courier.

So, if you place an order at 2:30pm on Tuesday, you should receive it on Thursday/Friday. If you place an order at 2:30pm on Friday, you should receive it on Monday/Tuesday.

Europe

Due to shipping regulations, we cannot send sprays anywhere outside of the UK.

Games Workshop products can be delivered to EEA countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Postage to these countries varies wildly depending on weight/size and destination. For prices, please add stuff to cart and it will be calculated at checkout depending on those factors. Heavy orders may also be sent via courier or split into multiple parcels due to the 2kg weight limit.

Epics 'N' Stuffs is not responsible for any customs charges incurred from deliveries outside the UK.

Worldwide

Due to shipping regulations, we cannot send sprays anywhere outside of the UK.
Due to Games Workshop's regulations, we cannot send Games Workshop products outside of countries in the EEA (listed above).
